Can I share an account with my partner?
Yes. Pro lets you create an invite code for one little one at a time. The person you invite enters that code instead of creating a new little one, along with the child's birth date. They do not need to buy anything themselves.
How do I export my data for the pediatrician?
Growth shows a percentile for every measurement, and Insights shows feeds, diapers and pumped volume per day. A screenshot of the top of Insights carries the most in one picture.
A timer is still running and it should not be.
Open the app and tap the In progress card on the home screen. You can stop it there, or dismiss it if it was started by mistake. Timers older than six hours are hidden automatically.
I am not getting reminders.
Reminders are scheduled by your phone rather than sent from a server, so they need notification permission for Little Steps. Check iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Little Steps. Reminders are a Pro feature.
How do I delete my data?
Profile, then Clear all data or Delete account. That removes your little ones, your logs and your account. Email us if you would rather we did it for you.
